How long does it take for a design to be completed?

The timescale depends on the complexity of the  project and delays receiving the information from the clients.

We will send you a questionnaire with all the information we  need to design your website. In this questionnaire we ask you to send along  content, logos and  images that  we need to design and build your  website. If you want to know more about the process please visit  our page Process 

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting? 

The hosting is free and you can either buy your own domain , or we will have it bought for you.

How much will it cost? 

We have a price table we three different packages depend on the number of pages until 15 pages. If your website exceeds 15 pages we will send you a quote.

We request a 50% deposit for all standard sites  The balance of payment is then due on completion of the project. Payment can be made by  Western Union,  Bank transfer or by using PayPal.

What happens when I complete your contact form?
If you are making an inquiry about a possible site you would like created, please provide a brief outline of your requirements. We will then mail you back promptly with an idea of price/timescale and any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to use the form to ask any related questions you may have.
Do I need to send a deposit for the work?

Yes, we generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients.

How do I get listed in Google? 

It is free to submit to Google. Merely registering your domain on the Internet isn’t enough. As soon as your site is available on the Internet, you can submit it to Google by completing the add URL form at www.google.com/addurl.html.

In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

What after-sales support do you offer?
After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight adjustment or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate. If Web  Creative  Designs does maintenance to your site this support is free.
