If you have more than 200 pages on your site, consider getting an onsite search engine. Not only will you be making it easy for your visitors to find what they're looking for, but the stats you willl get  with the onsite search engine will be extremely beneficial to you.

Google recommends that you have no more than 100 links on your site map. If you have more than 100 pages on your site, set up mini site maps for separate sections on your site and have a central site map
that links to your main sections and to those mini site maps.
 
Alternately, you could set up site map page #2 if you choose.
