Yes. All our websites are designed in WordPress.   WordPress is an excellent Content Management System that powers more than 28% of the web - a figure that rises every day.

The timescale depends on the complexity of the project and delays receiving the information from the clients..  A  small or mid sized website  takes approximately  1-3  weeks to complete.

We have   four different packages depending on the type of website do you need. For the Essential and Company website plans  the price ranges between $ 300 to $500.   If you need a n E-Commerce site or a website with Special Functionality like  Membership , Event Calendar  we will send you a quote.

We request a deposit for all standard sites, generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients. The balance of payment is due when we are ready to launch your site.

Payment can be made by cash, check, e-mail transfer or  credit card through PayPal. 

Yes,  Since our websites are all using WordPress, we recommend purchase either Managed WordPress Hosting or Linux hosting. We will provide assistance if you need to purchase a hosting services and a domain name. Hosting service and domain name has to be renewed annually.

Usually that is you. Who better than you after all you are the expert of your business. If you need help, we can help create content for you at an additional cost

No. We work with clients outside of Canada and we also design websites in Spanish

2. We will send you an e-mail with a quote and all information we need it to design your website.

3. After you approve the quote, we assist you to purchase a hosting service and a domain name if you don’t have one

4. We ask for 50% down payment before start the project.

5. Once you make your payment and send us your content, logos and images then we start designing and building your website

Yes. We provide two rounds of reviews to your website.

After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight adjustment or amendments are carried out to the site is free of charge in the first month. If you need support  thereafter  please send an e-mail to contact@webcreativedesigns.com  or call us at 647.955.0467.  For any website maintain we offer maintenance services  a very affordable prices.

Yes! You can update your website by yourself. We will send you a letter with the access information to the WordPress dashboard and a video tutorial if you need it .
